what is next?
1) Check out the packages above to see which one fits your needs and start thinking about location(s).
2) Email me @ Refinedsilverportraits@gmail.com with any questions you have and to discuss booking a date for the session.
3) We will set a date for a quick meeting with me, along with your Senior (a requirement on all packages except package 4), and we will discuss all things related to your upcoming session. If possible, this needs to be at least a month before your session. I try to book these during the day, if needed I can schedule an evening appointment.
4) We will send information out to you, including your booking link, a client guide with tips and a video with some ideas of locations and what to wear etc. If you haven't already paid a deposit, you can pay it through your link! Deposit must be paid to keep you on the books
5) You will be billed before your session day for the balance due, if there is any balance, all balances are due at least 24 hours before your session, unless you are paying in cash. In that case, I am happy to take cash at the session. I will likely not have change fyi. IF you do not pay the balance prior with a card, venmo or paypal, then you must pay cash at the session. If the balance is not paid, and I shoot the session anyway, I will not edit photos until it is. (if you NEED to make smaller payments prior, just let me know and I can bill you in increments, no problem!
6) Session Day! We will start at your session time. If it is raining that day and it doesnt look like it will let up, we may reschedule! Many of my sessions start an hour before sunset. If it is cloudy that day and will stay cloudy, it gets darker faster and if both parties are available, we could start earlier.
7) Within 2 weeks, I will send you a link with your gallery of roughly edited images . These may only be edited enough to give you an idea of what they will look like. The chosen images will be fully edited and polished. Any fly -away hairs (that aren't too extensive), any acne that I can take care of, color and perfect crops will be finished and returned to you within a week from your choices being received. This will be a link and will include a download pin # this time to be downloaded within 2 weeks.
If you want to put an order in, you can do so starting at this point! Your print order will not be placed until half of the total is paid.
***** If you chose a package that does not include digitals, I will edit only the images that you are interested in purchasing. I will not put your order in or finish editing until half of your order is paid.
